The Appalachian Trail. I’ve been enjoying the trail for a while now. It’s only about an hour away and has many good spots to get on it in Georgia. These photos were taken when I hiked from Tesnatee Gap to the campsite at Wolf Laurel Top. It is a 5.2 mile out and back hike. I wasn’t in a rush and enjoyed seeing the thru hikers working their way to Maine. Coming over Wolf Laurel Top was beautiful on this partly cloudy and windy day where flurries were falling sporadically. It shared this view with me.

This time of year shares more views than in the summer when the leaves hide these views. I want keep going back.

Hikers enjoying the view at Cowrock Mountain.
